You are invited to participate in the XV annual scientific conference
“Contemporary World Architecture:
Its Fundamental Processes and Major Trends”
The Conference will take place at October, 7 – 8, 2024 (format of the conference is both internal and distant)
Within the framework of the conference multiple questions will be raised concerning the subject of the latest currents in contemporary architecture and urban planning, contemporary techniques of preservation of architectural traditions in different countries, analysis of the most important events in world’s architecture of the late XX – early XXI centuries.
Traditionally the following sections work within the conference:
1. A look on the contemporaneity in architecture
2. Global architecture and traditions
3. City space: newest trends
4. Ecological strategies in architecture and urban planning
5. Contemporary approaches to the preservation of Architectural and urban heritage
Articles based on the reports that pass peer review are published in the periodical issue “Contemporary world’s architecture”. Information about the issue: https://contemporary-architecture.ru
Application forms for participation in the Conference have to be submitted
before September 20th, 2024 by e-mail: Contemporary_architecture@mail.ru
In the application form please specify:
• full name of the speaker,
• name of the institution,
• current position and/or scientific degree
• selected section
• name and thesis of the report (up to 1 page, 1000 symbols).
The Conference is timed to the World Day of Architecture.
